Purpose
Our purpose is the reason we exist, the “why” behind everything we do. It inspires our functions, unites our efforts, and serves as the epicenter of the Nightingale flame. Every initiative we take, every solution we create, stems from this core belief:

Pathway

The Pathway is comprised of three practices:
